In order to ensure reliable and consistent services for all of my guests, please be aware of the following booking and appointment policies

Appointments

Each service is allotted a specific amount of time. When an appointment is made it prevents prospective clients from reserving that time slot. Missing an appointment is unfair to those who respect this as well as unfair to my business. Being on time and having clean lashes ensures you get the maximum time for lash application

Late Arrivals

Your appointment clock starts as scheduled whether you are here or not. If you are late, your appointment will be shortened while incurring the full service fee. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule; in this event the Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling policy will come into effect.

Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling

I try very hard to be as flexible as possible in order to accommodate everyone, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF MY TIME AND HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you need to cancel/reschedule please do so NO LATER THAN 12 hours prior. I understand emergencies and other short notice events happen, late cancellations will be addressed on a case by case basis.

No Show/No Call or Text…. They’re just plain rude

Late cancels and no shows will be required to prepay future appointments, until payment is received the appointment is NOT guaranteed. In the event of a no show or last minute cancellation, the payment will not be refundable.

Dirty Lashes

Clients who arrive with dirty lashes (i.e. liquid eyeliner, mascara, goopy or sebum caked lash lines) will not be allotted extra time. If cleaning is necessary, the actual lashing portion of your appointment will be shortened. If my schedule allows, your appointment can be extended FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

In-Fills (aka Fills/Touch-Ups)

How full your lashes look at the end of your appointment will be greatly affected by how many lashes you have and how clean they are when you arrive for your appointment. Keep in mind when determining how long to wait to schedule your next appointment.

If arrive with less than 40% of your lashes intact or if you wait more than 3 weeks to schedule, you will need to book an appointment for a “Full Set”.

Filling Lashes Done by Others

A consultation is required for new clients requesting an in-fill for lashes applied by another salon. If the lash extensions applied by another salon do not meet the Glamit928 standard of quality, I will be unable to provide the requested service. In this case, my only recourse is to soak the lashes and apply a new set. During the consultation time and cost will be determined.

Share the Love & Other Specials

Incentive discounts such as Share the Love cards are ONLY VALID WHEN THE CARD IS PRESENTED AT TIME OF SERVICE. I very much appreciate each referral however I cannot honor price reductions if the discount cards are not presented at the time of service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important! Glamit928 collects personal information such as your name, email and telephone number in order to streamline client booking and to keep you up-to-date on specials or what’s happening in the world of lashes. Glamit928 understands how annoying junk mail is and therefore will never disclose your personal information to any third party.
